Shipping and Returns

How quickly are the products shipped and delivered?

If you order before 15:00 (except Sunday) and the product is in stock, we will ship your order the same day. If the product is not in stock, we will order it for you from the supplier. In that case, your order will often be at your home within three to seven business days.

We ship your order with a track and trace code via DHL, so you can always see when the package will be delivered. In addition, the DHL app offers various delivery options, such as having it delivered to a different address or picking up the package at a DHL location at a time that suits you better.

We strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible, so that you receive your products quickly. If there are any delays, we will inform you and do everything we can to resolve this as soon as possible.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge low shipping costs for international orders. For orders under €100, the shipping fee is €8.95, and for orders above €100, it’s only €4.95 across Europe.

We always ship your order as soon as possible and you will receive a track and trace code from us with which you can follow your order. This way you can see exactly where your order is and when you can expect it.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We find it important that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within fourteen days. The product must be unused and in the original, undamaged packaging. The seals may not be broken, as well as the cards and stickers.

Please note that the costs for returning are at your own expense. Therefore, make sure you select the product carefully and that it is suitable for your Sea-Doo watercraft. For clothing, please consult the size chart on our website or contact us for free advice. We are here for you and want to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

If you decide to return the product, please contact us first. We will then send you a return form that you can add to the product. As soon as we have received and checked the product, we will immediately refund the purchase amount to your account.

Can I pick up my order?

You can pick up your order at our showroom. We are open from Monday to Friday between 8:30 and 17:30 and on Saturday between 9:00 and 17:00. When picking up your order you can pay with pin or cash.

If the product is in stock, you can pick it up immediately after ordering. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order is ready, including the address of our showroom and our opening hours.

Order and payment

Can I cancel or change my order after I have placed it?

It is possible to cancel or change your order after you have placed it. To do this, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. The sooner you do this, the greater the chance that we can still change or cancel your order before it is processed and shipped.

Always include your order number in your message and clearly explain what change you want to make or if you want to cancel the order. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, you can no longer cancel it, but you can still use our return policy.

How can I pay and which payment methods do you accept?

We offer various payment methods to make it as easy as possible for you. You can pay with us via iDeal, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Shop Pay, bank transfer or pay on collection.

If you choose to collect your product from us, you can pay on site. You can then pay by debit card or cash. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation with an overview of your order and the payment details. As soon as we have received the payment, we will ship your order as soon as possible.

Is it possible to get an invoice in the name of my company?

When you place the order stating your company details, the invoice is automatically created using these details. We print the invoice and put it in the box with the products you ordered. Do you still want to receive the invoice digitally? Send us an email and we will make sure you receive it quickly.

What are the warranty conditions of the products?

At BOWT we value the quality of our products and want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. That is why we offer a two-year warranty on our accessories and clothing. If there is anything wrong with the product within this period, we will work with you to find the best solution to the problem.

Please note that the warranty only applies to defects caused by manufacturing faults. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse or improper maintenance is not covered by the warranty.

Do you want to make use of the guarantee? Please contact us and send the proof of purchase, photos of the defect and a description of the problem. We will contact you as soon as possible to solve the problem.

Is there an installation manual for my product?

Sometimes it can be a bit tricky to assemble a product correctly. Fortunately, there are installation manuals for most products. You can find them here . Are you still unable to assemble the product after reading the manual? Please feel free to contact us, we are happy to help you. If necessary, send some accompanying photos or videos so that we can serve you even better.

What happens if my product is damaged or incomplete upon arrival?

It may happen that your order is damaged or incomplete upon arrival. In that case, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by phone, email or WhatsApp. We will do our utmost to solve the problem as quickly as possible and to ensure that you are satisfied with the solution.

If necessary, we will send a replacement product or provide a refund. Our goal is to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and our service, and that we resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

How do I know if the product is suitable for my watercraft?

The product description states which model, type and year of manufacture the products are suitable for. Is it not clearly described and do you still want to know if you have the right one? Then give us a call or send an email, we will respond quickly so that you also receive the product quickly.
