How quickly will my order be shipped?
If the order is placed before 15:00 on business days, it will be shipped the same day if it is in stock with us.
We ship your order with track and trace code via DHL, so you can always see when the package will be delivered. In addition, the DHL app offers various delivery options, such as having it delivered to a different address or picking up the package at a DHL location at a time that suits you better.
What are the shipping costs?
We charge low shipping costs for international orders. For orders under €100, the shipping fee is €8.95, and for orders above €100, it’s only €4.95 across Europe.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We find it important that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason this is not the case, the item can be returned within fourteen days.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging. The seals must not be broken. Please note that the costs for returning are at your own expense.
Can I pick up my order?
It is possible to pick up your order at our showroom. You can pay for the order on the spot by pin or cash. If the product is in stock, you can pick it up immediately after ordering. We will also send a confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order is ready to be picked up, including the address of our showroom.
