Why switch to full synthetic oil?
Rotax engines keep getting more powerful, with ever higher outputs. This new generation of engines needs better protection. The full synthetic XPS 5W-40 oil was developed specifically for this and performs better than the old semi-synthetic version.

Suitable for supercharged engines?
Yes, this oil is perfectly matched to the demands of supercharged engines such as the 1503 and the 1630 ACE. It is also very well suited to the 215 hp engines, unlike tests with other oil formulas.
Can I mix the new oil with old oil?
Yes, the XPS 4-stroke oils can be mixed with each other. This is handy when topping up or if you have not removed all of the old oil.
